THE WAREHOUSE

The Warehouse boasts a generous loft-style layout featuring polished timber floors, an exposed sawtooth ceiling, and ample natural light. With a maximum capacity of 200 guests (standing) and 140 seated, this versatile space is well-suited for corporate functions, weddings, and celebratory events. Creatives will also appreciate the full-length mirrors, PA system, and air conditioning on offer.

Additionally, the Warehouse includes a private bar that can be repositioned to accommodate the event's desired layout. Restrooms are conveniently located on the same level. Overall, the Warehouse is the perfect choice a wide variety of events with its flexibility and impressive versatility.

BLACKBOX STUDIO

The Blackbox Studio, situated on the ground floor at EC Venue, is a superbly renovated urban-style venue that is perfect for smaller gatherings of up to 80 guests.

This versatile blank canvas space features polished concrete floors, warm ambient lighting, PA system, air conditioning, as well as a private bar and private bathrooms, all included in your hire.

Creatives will appreciate the availability of full-length mirrors and the space's ability to accommodate up to 30 dancers or 60 seated guests for performances or workshops.

The entrance to the space is accessible at street level, with stairs leading to the studio. The Blackbox is a terrific option for hosting a range of events with its contemporary decor and flexible layout possibilities.

FOYER BAR & POP-UP SPACE

Our recently renovated Foyer Bar exudes a captivating urban atmosphere with two stunning art murals by world-renowned artist, Fintan Magee.

If you're planning a special event, you can reserve an exclusive space or tables in our public bar, or for private small events our “Pop-up Space” is available for hire, accommodating up to 20-30 guests - perfect for corporate meetings, hens parties, and workshops.

For larger events, our entire Foyer Bar can accommodate up to 80 guests. The space is located on the ground floor and includes private bathrooms and a fully stocked cocktail bar, making it an ideal location for any celebration. Access to the bar is via stairs from street level.
