Sam Evans
Sam Evans is a Brisbane-based dance artist, specialising in popping, robotics, and animation, while also being adept in many more dance styles. Despite only started his dance journey at the age of 17, Sam quickly made a name and career for himself in the entertainment world.
Performing nationally and internationally with Swagamama, and as a founding member of Equals was an Australia’s Got Talent grand finalist in 2016. Sam currently works as an independent contractor for both corporate and creative works, while also working as an entertainer at Dreamworld and a Hip Hop teacher for Superstars Dance.
As a freestyle dancer, Sam utilises his musicality, concepts, and movement to tell a story and engage an audience in response to real time stimulus. Not taking himself too seriously as he believes entertainment (especially through laughter) always comes first.
